Hygrophila polysperma ‘Sunset’ Aquatic Plant

The ‘Sunset‘ cultivar is a stunning addition for the midground to background of your aquarium. Its emersed state reveals leaves with striking whitish-yellow veins, while beneath the surface, the plant showcases hues ranging from light pink to deep reddish-pink blooms. Similar to regular H. polysperma, this variety is easy to care for and low-maintenance, unlike most other colored stem plants which can be more challenging. Applying a good iron fertilizer will enhance the shoots’ vibrant coloring. With leaves 4 cm wide, smaller than the species, Hygrophila polysperma ‘Sunset’ is suitable for Nano Cubes.
